The Black Box Experience

Monday May 3rd, 2010 will mark the beginning of an era. The launch of The Black Box Experience will be held in Washington D.C. at Tattoo bar. The Black Box Experience is a concept created by Da Fam Inc’s Tobi ‘Phella’ Alli and Kunle Oki of Spoilt Kid Company. The two describe it as “the newest and most exciting way to present products, concepts, and people to the world”. The Black Box Experience will be a tour of sorts; stopping in different venues nationwide and presenting something fresh to the public each time out. “We want to do Black Box Experiences for everything from a new artists’ CD to a new shoe design. The consumer deserves to be properly introduced to what they’re being asked to spend their money on; the Black Box Experience will do just that”, said Tobi Alli.

The Launch

The launch of The Black Box Experience will be held at Tattoo Bar (1413 K St NW Washington DC) in conjunction with TalkOfDC, Washington’s premiere nightlife group. Tattoo Monday’s is regarded by most as ‘THE’ place to be on Monday night’s in the nations capital. When asked why this choice to help launch the tour, Kunle Oki said “Tattoo lounge due to it’s black decorum, TalkOfDC’s association with it, and the (fact that) the idea was conceived there”. Business minds, party goers, and associates of both companies are being asked to come enjoy themselves as well as explore the possibilities of the Black Box Experience. The night will be documented with high quality photos and video then shared on the official Black Box Experience website, www.theblackboxexperience.com
